First intro to the Negra Mole variety of Algarve i First intro to the Negra Mole variety of Algarve is fun — thanks to @arvad_wine, enghenheiro Bernardo Cabral and a local wine shop 

750L terracota for 8 months and — voilà — palhete-style liquid with very subtle flowery profile and a hint of garrigue mediterrânico. I like the mentions of Castelão, Rufete, Jaen and Bastardo as comparisons, personally would add Ramisco to the list of things you haven't tried, but gotta drink before you die (fingers crossed — we'll live forever).

Flows like a charm 😋
